Eastin Hotels
Welcome to Eastin Hotels Loyalty Program – Eastin Rewards. Our program operates under the terms and conditions outlined below unless otherwise expressly stated. For any clarifications, please contact Eastin Rewards Member Services at 9177426111 or email us at reservations@eastinhotels.in.
Membership and Enrollment
- Any individual who has attained the age of 18 years and has a valid and active national mobile number is eligible to register for the Eastin Rewards Loyalty Program.
- There is no minimum order value for becoming a member.
- The registered mobile number of the members is the primary identification for earning loyalty points (referred to as Petals) upon spend.
Earning Petals
- Petals will be calculated on the net bill value, excluding taxes.
- All applicable taxes, including central, state, local, and other taxes, shall not be considered for the purposes of Petals accrual.
- Petals will be rewarded on all eligible spends at participating hotels and restaurants from the date of the member’s enrollment into the program. No retroactive credits will be given for transactions prior to enrollment.
- To earn Petals, a member must be a registered, paying guest at a participating hotel and meet all conditions described in these terms and conditions.
- Petals can be earned on discounted bills; however, bills with a discount of 26% or more will not earn Petals on both F&B and room bills.
- Petals will be automatically recorded within 48 hours of the settlement of bills if the registered mobile number is quoted at the time of reservation or payment at participating hotels.
Redemption of Petals
- Petals are available for redemption at participating hotels and restaurants. The value of each Petal is Re. 1.
- Petals can also be redeemed on the Eastin Rewards store with 2 Petals equal to Re. 1.
- Unused Petals will expire after 3 years. No special approvals will be granted for reversing expired Petals.
- Petals cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Petals can be redeemed for pre-booking hotel rooms, food, beverages, and laundry services. They can also be used to purchase gift cards and other options listed on the website.
Program Rules and Member Responsibilities
- Members are responsible for providing accurate information, including name, address, and mobile number, at the time of enrollment and updating any changes on our website.
- Each member is responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the program rules, the number of Petals in their account, and ensuring their details (email ID, mobile number, and postal address) are updated in Eastin Rewards records.
- Members should retain all travel documentation until the Petals credits have appeared on their statements. Requests for Petals credits must be received within 15 days of receipt of the Petals update.
- Petals are not transferable in the event of death, disputes, or otherwise. Upon a member’s death, their Eastin Rewards account will be terminated and all accrued Petals will be canceled.
Changes to the Program
- Eastin Hotels reserves the right to change, cancel, and modify any and all of the terms and conditions from time to time without assigning any reason or providing any intimation. Accumulation of Petals will cease immediately upon termination of the program.
- Promotions and special offers are at the sole discretion of Eastin Rewards and can be withdrawn or altered without prior notice.
Dispute Resolution
- In the event of a dispute between the member and Eastin Hotels regarding the rewards program, the decision of Eastin Hotels shall be deemed final and binding.
Participating Hotels and Restaurants
- “Participating Hotels” refer to Eastin Hotels locations in Mumbai, Pune, and other listed locations. “Participating Restaurants” refer to restaurants within these hotels that offer Rewards Petals earnings.
